
Travel Documents and Insurance
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they possess valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. It is recommended that you have at least 6 months of validity on your passport post travel dates. It is strongly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Liability

The travel agent acts as an intermediary between clients and travel providers and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during travel. Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of travel providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Travel Advisories and Health Regulations

Clients are responsible for staying informed about travel advisories, entry requirements, and health regulations for their destination. "Fly With Tye" shall not be held liable for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by changes in travel advisories or health regulations. We are always available to answer questions you
may have.

Photograph Release
​
Fly With Tye reserves the right to capture photographs or videos during its excursions. By participating in these trips, participants hereby grant Fly With Tye explicit permission to utilize such media for promotional or commercial purposes, without the obligation of providing compensation to the participants.

parties without consent except as required by law.
