MEET THE AUTHOR

Daughter. Sister. Mother. Friend. Soon-to-be-Wife. Therapist. Entrepreneur. These are just a few titles that describe me. I have amazing experiences related to each one of them. They shape the woman I am today and inform my drive.  I learned my calling early. In both my personal and professional life, I find it fulfilling to help others discover and/or reconnect with their strengths. Everyone is capable of improving their overall quality of life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients in individual, family, and couples counseling. It’s a blessing that work doesn’t feel like work; that’s what happens when my values aligned with my purpose. The more I facilitated therapy, the more I found out how much I enjoy empowering women to meet their potential. I learn just as much from the women as they do me. I’m excited to practice what I preach: bravery in the most elegant, purposeful way. The professional endeavors I am entering are therapeutic for me; I hope they are for the people who join me through the things I feel led to share.
